Prayer & Air

Prayer & Air

Some people can hold their breath longer than others. It always starts the same with an amused curiosity wondering how long you might be able to hold your breath. Not long into the challenge you find yourself coming to the realization that it won’t be long before you are needing a fresh, new breath to fill your lungs and contribute oxygen to your bloodstream.

Rooted & Grounded in Love

Rooted & Grounded in Love

We are to be rooted and we are to be grounded in love. Not either but both. Rooted is an agricultural term while grounded is an architectural term. Agriculturally we understand you can’t have fruit before you take root. Architecturally we understand the building cannot be built until the foundation this established. Both of these ideas speak of that which is unseen taking place before that which is seen emerges.
